BENROMA's recruitment framework is designed to provide a structured progression from application through assessment and final appointment.
CBT / Examination
Shortlisted candidates may be invited to participate in a computer-based test or other prescribed examination.
Shortlisting
Applicants meeting the applicable requirements may be shortlisted for the next stage of the process.
Screening
Submitted applications are reviewed against the requirements of the relevant vacancy.
Assessment
Candidates may undergo further assessment in accordance with the requirements of the recruitment exercise.
